How It Works


  1. View Our Selection

View our extensive inventory online or in one of our showrooms.  Our online inventory is organized categories.  Browse through our extensive collection of rental items, when you find something you like, add it to your cart.  Once you have all the items you would like quoted, click the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner.  Follow the checkout process and be sure to include the address to where your items need to be shipped to or delivered to.  If you need help, feel free to contact us by phone or on our live chat.

  1. Place Your Order

Once you have received your quote for your selected items, make sure everything is correct and make any necessary adjustments or changes necessary.  Once everything is perfect, sign the rental agreement and pay the deposit amount on your rental agreement.  Items are not reserved until the signed rental agreement has been received and deposit made.

  1. Finalize Your Order

No later than two weeks before your event, when your final guest count is available, contact us by phone, live chat, or email with your updated needs.  Your order may be reduced by up to 15% at this time without penalty.  Final payment is due at this time to ensure on time shipment of your order.

  1. Prep Your Event

Pick-up your rental items, receive your shipped rental items, or accept delivery from our delivery personnel.  Be sure to locate any return shipping labels/packaging and keep in a safe place if your order was shipped to you.  If your order included set-up by Gala Rentals staff please let us know who will be our contact person for the day of the event.  Gala Rentals has independent contracted decorators available to assist with the setup of your event if necessary.  Our friendly staff would be happy to assist you with arranging this service.  Additional charges for this service will apply.

  1. Return

Returns to Gala Rentals are easy. If your order included pick up by our staff, we do everything for you.  If your order was shipped to you; simply fold and place linens in the duffel bags provided and schedule a pick-up. The UPS/Fed-Ex return forms are already completed for you and included. Non linen rental items shipped to you will have included with them specific return packaging instructions.  All items returned must be dry, free from debris and food, chargers should be rinsed clean.

Browse our many options, make your selections by placing them in your cart, once you hare satisfied with your selections just follow the checkout process.  Once completed your selections will be sent to one of our reservation specialist to prepare your quote.  Check your email, if everything looks good just sign the rental agreement and return to us with payment.   We make reservations easy!
