Event Production Services
Gala Rentals will provide samples of items we have in our inventory for you or your client to view. We can provide delivery to the location of your choice; however, delivery charges may apply depending on location. Give one of our dedicated team members a call to arrange delivery and pick-up times.
Site Planning and Design
Gala Rentals is happy to provide layouts and scaled drawings for your events. We can provide these services for either indoor or outdoor events. Please allow additional time for outdoor events while one of our team members takes measurements and assess grade of the location. Our team members work with the local code enforcement officials for your event location to ensure current regulations and codes are complied with.
Set-Up and Take Down
We offer full service delivery and removal of all items we have available for rent. Our professional team members are fully trained to properly install and remove all of our equipment to ensure the best fit and finish for your event. Many of our items can be picked up and returned by the customer. Items which are too large, fragile, or have special handling requirements are not available for customer pick up. For these items we are happy to work with you to ensure timely delivery and removal for your event. We can also provide you with members of our staff to assist with set-up of items which you are providing or you obtained elsewhere.
White Glove Service
Our special White Glove Service can assist you and your staff with the most frequently damaged items. We can provide a team member to supervise the cleaning, handling, and repackaging of items to ensure their safe return to our facilities. Alternatively, we can provide a team to do all the work for you. With either package of our White Glove Service you can rest assured you won’t incur additional charges after the event for items returned improperly. Fees for these services are customized to each event.
Managing events can be overwhelming, especially if it is not something you do frequently. Our professional staff have managed events of all sizes and intricacy. We work with all vendors and involved parties to ensure your event runs smoothly. We create a detailed timeline, communicate this to all vendors and involved parties, and provide real time follow-up with everyone to ensure an even flow of process. If necessary we will obtain all required permits and licenses required; i.e. building, zoning, fire, US Coast Guard, DNR, etc.

We are a bonded importer and can source items from manufacturers around the world, no middle man necessary. Need something custom made just for you? Provide a picture or measured drawing and our professional team will do the rest; the only limit is your imagination.
