  1. View Our Selection

View our extensive inventory online or in one of our showrooms.  Our online inventory is organized first by texture.  Browse through our extensive collection of fabrics, when you have found the perfect one, all you’ll need to do is open the gallery.  All the color options for your selection will be displayed.  If you need help, feel free to contact us by phone or on our live chat.

 

  1. Place Your Order

Our design consultants are available to assist selecting options and completing your rental order. You may order by phone, live chat, online shopping cart, or in person at your nearest Gala Rentals showroom.

 

  1. Finalize Your Order

No later than two weeks before your event, when your final guest count is available, contact us by phone, live chat, or email with your updated needs.  Your order may be reduced by up to 15% at this time without penalty.  Final payment is due at this time to ensure on time shipment of your order.

 

  1. Prep Your Event

Receive your shipped rental items and begin decorating your event.  Be sure to locate any return shipping labels/packaging and keep in a safe place.  Gala Rentals has independent contracted decorators available to assist with the setup of your event.  Our friendly staff would be happy to assist you with arranging this service.  Additional charges for this service will apply.

 

  1. Return

Returns to Gala Rentals are easy. Simply fold and place linens in the duffel bags provided and schedule a pick-up. The UPS/Fed-Ex return forms are already completed for you and included. Non linen rental items shipped to you will have included with them specific return packaging instructions.  All items returned must be dry, free from debris and food, chargers should be rinsed clean.
